After a few months in Paris, he's out in the city one day when he ends up bumping into a girl...almost knocking her over. He helps her up and apologizes..but she insists that its nothing and its okay, and goes on her way. A few weeks later, he decides to visit the Louvre...taking one of the tours inside...and he notices that the tour guide looks....familiar. At the end, he talks to her, and realizes that...its the same girl he'd run into in the city. Introductions are made...he learns her name is Madeleine and she works there in the Louvre...and comes from a strict Catholic family. The two share lunch together...the start of a friendship...and over time, see more and more of each other. Ultimately....Rashid finds himself attracted to her...and she to him...despite her mother having already selected an ideal man for Madeleine to be with. A lot of drama ensues....with Madeleine's mother Catherine even going so far as to tell Rashid that Madeleine is engaged ...which is wrong, of course...but she's that bent on prying them apart. More shit happens..Madeleine confronts her mother on this...makes it known that SHE NEEDS TO CHOOSE HER OWN WAY IN LIFE AND LOVE!!1 and after being talked to by Madeleine's father Pierre...Catherine..reluctantly..gives up and allows Madeleine her free will. (God I just make everything sound so simple IT WASN'T really I just don't feel like typing up a whole novel when it really isn't necessary.) Rashid eventually proposes...and he and Madeleine are married...living in Paris together to this day. AND THE DISNEY!MORAL OF THIS STORY IS THAT LOVE ALWAYS PREVAILS. the end.

Years later, Damiano begins to fall for Natalia's daughter Kate, and the two have an affair until Natalia finds out and, in a rage, nearly kills her daughter before driving her permanently from the house. Thus Damiano learns a hard lesson about faithfulness....and hyprocrisy, when scarcely a few years later, Natalia again becomes pregnant, and again, not by Damiano. Knowing this is only the tip of the iceberg, Damiano confronts his girlfriend several times on the matter of loyalty, only for her to come back by reminding him of his incident with Kate. With both parties having been unfaithful in the past, neither one has any desire to listen to the other, and in time, the two have a last fight before Damiano walks out and leaves. Separation is painful for both Damiano and Natalia...and only when he realizes his mistake in leaving her does he come back...both now more willing to work things out and find the good in what had once been seen as nothing but a troubled relationship. As far as other relationships....Damiano had a strong bond with his maternal grandfather whom he viewed as a father and for whom his son is named. His relationship with his own father is nonexistant, the two having not seen each other since Antonio divorced Damiano's mother Alessia, and Damiano's relationship with his own son is strained likewise...the two have nothing but conflict between them. He is on good terms with his sister Alessandra, but not with his sister Marianna, ever since the latter came to live with he and Natalia....only to begin pulling Natalia away from him, which eventually lead to Damiano making her (Marianna) move out. Damiano's never had much of a tight bond with his daughter Maria...and her disrespect for him only heightened after the Kate incident.

When Ambra is four, her father Dario meets a girl named Natalia-Vanessa...and when the two become friends and Ambra meets this girl for the first time...she takes an immediate liking to her...even going so far as to call Natalia-Vanessa her mommy. Natalia-Vanessa is hesitant to begin a relationship with Dario though, knowing that...his daughter already has a mom...and not wanting to interfere with that...but the two..tentatively grow closer....until Marcella arrives one day to claim her daughter and to try and rekindle her relationship with Dario...ultimately leading to MORE drama and crap as a love triangle forms between Dario, Marcella, and Natalia-Vanessa...with poor Ambra all caught up in the middle. That's essentially the gist of it..a LOT of their story is still being worked on but its coming together I suppose.

So Giada fumes about that for the longest time and bitches to her friends about her husband's cheating....and LATER finds out that the woman he was cheating on Giada with...was a 26-year-old coworker and acquaintance of hers named Kate. Giada angrily confronts Kate on this...only for Kate to insist that she had no idea Marino was even TAKEN in the first place...or going through a divorce..she swears. D: Kate is..actually telling the truth...she even broke up with Marino after she found out he had a wife...but Giada doesn't believe this in the least and from that moment on.....she really just...fosters this deep dislike..almost hatred of Kate...going so far as to LOOK for reasons not to like her. DRAMADRAMADRAMA Kate repeatedly tries to find ways to make Giada like her and accept her...none of them work..and Giada only grows MORE pissed off after Kate hires her half-sister Natalia-Vanessa to work at Versace too. Giada can't stand Natalia-Vanessa either....thinks she's a whiny, bratty, shiftless pest and yet another thorn in her side. Come to think of it...there's a lot Giada can't stand...CATS being the biggest thing...so you can only IMAGINE how happy she was when she moved to her new house and NOT ONLY was she now living across the street from that dirty slut Kate, but Kate had THREE cats...that often wandered around CLOSE TO Giada!!1 Giada then went and got herself a little Welsh Corgi to keep the cats away (and scare the crap out of Kate, who has a crippling phobia of dogs)...only to find out that the cats and the corgi were to quickly befriend each other. Sucks to be her I guess. So Sabrina goes back to Rome...and though her parents are already giving her any finances she'll ever need in her life...she goes to beauty school and eventually becomes a hair & makeup artist....eventually meets another young adult her age named Camilla and the two become bff....and EVENTUALLY...runs into Kate and after the two have their...awkward first meeting..s...drama ensues between them which takes like...all of a few days to blow over..and after that..the two become friends. Its definitely not awkward at all. Also Sabrina has a massive crush on Kate's brother Sergio....and wants him almost as bad as Giada....unfortunately, both of them are oblivious to the fact that Sergio doesn't want either of them. Camilla is also good friends with Giada...who's pretty much worst enemies with Kate...and can't stand Sabrina either...but fortunately, she and Camilla manage to get along despite this...both of them are on the local neighborhood...organization thing...Camilla's the head of it, and Giada..unfortunately..has to deal with Kate and Sabrina there too. Not too much else to say....after her involvement in Kate's story, Camilla doesn't do much afterwards...other than continue to be involved in MOAR Kate-drama and...random little misadventures/substories that occur after the fact lol

Notes: Donna mainly shows up in Maria's story....she's Maria's best friend and roommate, and one of the few people Maria can stand to be around. Originally...the two met in a psychiatric hospital where they were both staying for the same....disorder...but I won't get too into that here...and they got stuck as roommates. Maria hated Donna in the beginning because Maria was pissed off about her mom sending her there and so the two really didn't talk much in the first few..I don't know...weeks or so. Donna never minded Maria that much though....I guess she's just a patient person and Maria's bitchiness really didn't bother her much at all....that's probably part of the reason why the two are such good friends now. Yeah...it really sucked for her...but as she grew...met other people, like Maria, who suffered the same thing....Donna came to...accept that part of herself...I mean it took years and experience dealing with it....but she's at the point now where she just...takes her meds and deals with it..knowing that...that's all she really can do. If you met Donna though...you probably wouldn't even know she had this...problem...she's the person you'd look to as someone smart. Donna really is...the brain of her home...the one that Maria and Carlotta go to when they have an issue....whether that be with their math homework or with each other safddfss...its always Donna that sorts out problems between the two...who basically HATE each other.....it gets to the point where Donna really almost regrets taking Carlotta in because she's been nothing but a pain in the ass and things were nice with just her and Maria before Carly came in and yeah thats about it.
